Movie Description
Tangled is an animated film produced by Walt Disney Pictures. The story is loosely based on the ancient tale of Rapunzel. Rapunzel (voice by Mandy Moore) is a girl with very long, magical hair. She is a princess who was taken from her parents castle when she was a baby and locked away in a secluded tower. A bandit named Flynn Rider (voice by Zachary Levi) ends up choosing the very same tower as a hideout and is totally unaware that a princess is held captive there. Rapunzel ends up escaping with Flynn and they embark on a hilarious adventure. This is an adventure movie, a comedy, and a musical all wrapped up into one. Children will love this movie but it is also something adults can enjoy as well.
Tangled is an animation movie that tells a story about a beautiful blonde long haired princess named Rapunzel. The original story tells that Rapunzel is a very feminine princess who is locked in a tall tower since she was a baby and got kidnapped. The man who rescues her to get out of the tower is a charming prince. But this animation movie bends the original story into a hilarious story so that Tangled becomes really entertaining as a comedy movie. In Tangled, the princess on the contrary is a master of martial arts especially using her hair as a weapon or tools to fight and defend herself.
Tangled is directed by two cooperative directors which are Nathan Greno and Byron Howard. Nathan Greno himself has directed two animation movies such as Let It Begin (2009) as cooperation with Byron Howard and Super Rhino (2009). He is also known as a dubber. He contributed his voice in Prep and Landing (2009), Bolt (2008), and Meet the Robinsons (2007). Byron Howard himself has directed two animation movies such as Let It Begin (2009) and Bolt (2008).
Tangled is an animation based on a fairy tale which is written by Jacob Grimm and Wilhelm Grimm. From the fairy tale, Dan Fogelman polishes the story into a wonderful screenplay.
There are a lot of celebrities join the animation making as the voice of the animation character; they are Mandy Moore as Rapunzel, Zachary Levi as Flynn Rider, Donna Murphy as Mother Gothel, M.C. Gainey as a captain of the guard, Brad Garrett as a hook hand thug, Ron Perlamn as Stabbington Brother, Jeffrey Tambor as a Big Nose Thug, Paul F. Thompkins as a short thug, and many more.
